Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. We are closed on holidays. Outside of our normal business hours, please call 406-670-4834 for an appointment.
Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?
No. You are only required to sign a month-to-month occupancy agreement that automatically renews each month until you vacate your unit(s).
Are there any restrictions to the length of stay?
No. You can stay for as little as one month to as long as you need. We have many customers that have been with us for several years.
When are rent payments due?
Rent is due on the first of the month. If you sign up during a calendar month, your initial rent payment will be prorated for the remaining days of that month and your first full monthly rent payment will be due on the first of the following month.
Do I need insurance?
We do not provide insurance on your possessions. You need to make your own insurance arrangements. We urge you to protect your belongings with insurance.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
No. We provide a cylinder style lock which provides the maximum amount of security for your belongings.
Are your units inside or outside?
We offer outside drive-up units.
